1. We talk to you, we listen to you, and we discuss with you, learning your specific needs before any development begins. 

Before Perceptive Controls can begin developing a solution for your company, we talk with you, but more importantly, we listen to you. We learn about your business processes, current systems, data needs, and future ideas.

When we have a thorough understanding of your needs, we dive into the mechanics - blueprints, hardware and software specifications, detailed schematics. Again, we talk with you, to ensure that we are on the same page, and are ready to start development using the defined plan.

During the Planning stage we also begin the project manual. When completed, this valuable document will combine the technical solution details with step-by-step process instructions, and serve as the reference manual for both engineers and users after project implementation. 

2. We work for you in design, testing, and assembly, creating a sound and reliable product. 

3. We work with you on start-up and training, ensuring that your team is ready upon commission. 

4. We obtain your written approval, signifying formal closure of the project. 

5. We support you, promptly attending to any post-implementation questions or issues.
